Acceptance and scope
By using this site or booking instruction from Identity Fieldbase, you agree to these terms. If you book for another attendee, you must ensure they receive them. We provide educational classes and critique concerning technical analysis, volume, momentum, and chart-reading practice.
Education, not financial advice
Examples use historical or delayed market material for teaching. Nothing on this site or in class is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation regarding any instrument. We do not know your circumstances, manage funds, execute transactions, or promise a financial outcome. Markets can produce substantial loss.
Registration and conduct
A place is confirmed only after written acceptance and any required payment. Attendees must meet stated prerequisites, arrive without disrupting others, and treat shared chart discussions respectfully. We may remove a participant for harassment, unauthorized recording, or conduct that materially prevents instruction; refunds in that circumstance are not guaranteed.
Intellectual property
Site copy, fieldbooks, chart annotations, exercises, and teaching materials belong to Identity Fieldbase or their stated licensors. A booking grants one attendee a personal, non-transferable right to use supplied materials for private study. Materials may not be recorded, republished, sold, or used to teach another course without written consent. Market names and third-party chart material remain their owners’ property.
Availability and liability
We may make reasonable changes to examples, instructors, or room arrangements while preserving the class’s substance. To the fullest extent permitted by Georgian law, we are not liable for trading losses, decisions made from educational material, indirect loss, or unavailable third-party chart services. Our aggregate liability for a class claim is limited to the fee paid for that class, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (GE). Courts with jurisdiction in Tbilisi will hear disputes, after the parties first make a reasonable effort to resolve the issue directly.

Questions may be sent to contact@identityfieldbase.world. Material revisions will be posted here with a new effective date; terms applying to an existing confirmed booking will not be changed retroactively without consent.
