Group classes
Cancel an intensive at least 14 calendar days before its first session for a full refund. Cancellations received 7–13 days before receive 70% of the total fee; the retained portion covers reserved teaching capacity and prepared materials. Within seven days, the fee is non-refundable, but you may transfer the place once to another eligible person by notifying us before class.
Foundation clinics cancelled at least seven days beforehand receive a full refund. Within seven days, a place may be transferred but is not refundable.
Deposits and attendance
The 30% intensive deposit forms part of the fee and follows the same timing above; it is not automatically non-refundable. Failure to attend, late arrival, or missing the second Saturday does not create a refund right. If a prerequisite exercise shows the class is unsuitable and we cannot offer an appropriate alternative, we return all money paid.
Private sessions
Private chart reviews may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. With less notice, 50% is retained for preparation already completed. A no-show is charged in full. Once a session begins, completed teaching time and advance chart review are non-refundable.
Changes made by us
If we cancel, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date. If a class date moves, you may accept the new date or request a full refund. Where fewer than four participants register, we will notify you promptly and will not force a credit. We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs.
Materials and exceptions
Printed fieldbooks already personalized or dispatched are deducted at their documented cost from partial refunds unless we cancelled the class. Ordinary digital handouts carry no separate deduction. Any rights that Georgian consumer law makes mandatory remain unaffected, and exceptional illness or emergency requests are considered fairly on evidence appropriate to the circumstances.
Requesting a refund
Email contact@identityfieldbase.world with your name, class, date, and booking reference. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days; banks may take additional time to post funds. Cash payments are returned by an agreed traceable method.
