Controller and information collected
Identity Fieldbase is the controller for personal information described here. Contact us at contact@identityfieldbase.world. We collect details you deliberately provide—name, email, message, selected class, preferred date, booking correspondence, and payment confirmation. Please do not send financial account information or live portfolio details.
Our hosting provider may process IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps in security logs. A browser storage item records your cookie preference. Optional analytics will be used only after consent and, if introduced, this notice and the cookie notice will identify them.
Purposes and legal bases
We use inquiry details to answer your request and take steps toward a booking; attendee records to perform the class agreement; transaction records to satisfy Georgian accounting duties; and limited logs for legitimate interests in securing and maintaining the site. Marketing email requires separate consent and is not a condition of booking.
Sharing and international transfers
We disclose information only to instructors who need it, professional advisers under confidentiality, and providers supporting hosting, email, and payment administration. Some providers may process data outside Georgia. Where required, we use contractual safeguards and assess the destination and provider. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Unbooked inquiries are deleted after 12 months. Attendance and correspondence are retained for three years after the class; tax and payment records are kept for the period Georgian law requires. Security logs are ordinarily retained for 90 days. We may preserve a record longer when needed for a live legal claim.
Your rights
Subject to applicable Georgian law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Email contact@identityfieldbase.world. We may verify your identity using proportionate information and aim to answer within the legally required period. You may complain to Georgia’s Personal Data Protection Service.
Security and updates
We limit access, use reputable service providers, and take reasonable technical and organizational measures. No internet transmission is risk-free. If this notice changes materially, the new text and date will appear on this page.
